Note: The load-bearing vest is generally equipped with steel plates, 20kg models, and 20kg steel plates can be loaded under it. If filled with sand, the weight is only about 10 kg. Put the sand directly into the grid, put some cotton on it after filling, and then cover it, so that the sand can be filled so much that the running sand will not flow out.
